Age Requirements

• Women 23 and up
• Men 25 and up
  ***With proper ID***

Dress code

• No baseball or skull hats
• No tennis shoes with the exception of designer sneakers
  • EX: Gucci, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton
• No Flip Flops or Slides
• No Ugg Boots
• No athletic gear
  • EX: Jogging Sets, Hoodies
• No plain black/white t-shirts
• No see through or too revealing clothing

Outside Items

• No balloons
• No outside food or liquor with the exception of birthday desserts

Regulations

• No smoking
• No standing on furniture
• No outside photography unless granted permission from management
• All VIP booths on Fridays and Saturdays have a one bottle purchase minimum

Refunds

There are no refunds or exchanges on purchases. in the event of a cancellation, a secondary date must be provided otherwise will result in loss
of money.

VIOLATION OF ANY IN LOVE MEMPHIS’ RULES AND REGULATIONS LISTED ABOVE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EJECTION FROM THE CLUB WITH POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES OF GETTING BANNED FROM ENTRY. ANY INDIVIDUAL(S) CAUGHT SMOKING WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC MINIMUM THREE MONTH BAN FOR IN LOVE MEMPHIS AND REMOVAL OF PARTY FROM WHOLE BOOTH. ANY EXCESSIVE VIOLATIONS OR VIOLENCE WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT BAN FROM
ENTRY.
